Ms. Irwin joined BSM in 2022 and is located in Durango, Colo.
Prior to joining BSM, she spent 10 years working in ophthalmology, most recently as the clinical director of a multi-specialty group.

In her current role, Ms. Irwin provides ongoing coding and reimbursement support to ensure regulatory compliance within ophthalmology. Her areas of expertise include:

• Chart audits and documentation
• Billing, coding, and reimbursement
• Customized training and guidance for physicians and non-clinical staff (billing, admin, etc.)
• Practice flow and efficiency
• Training and onboarding for technicians and scribes
