Manager, Client Support Services
Diedre Emerson is a Manager within the Client Support Services department of BSM Consulting, working in the Phoenix office. In this position, she oversees various operational and administrative support services provided to internal consultants and divisions of BSM, as well as external clients.
Ms. Emerson’s primary responsibilities include project management and administration, work plan development, and work team coordination. Additionally, she provides support with project scoping and budgeting, content creation, survey development and analysis, and report creation and quality control.
Prior to joining BSM Consulting in 2019, Ms. Emerson spent more than a decade in project management, operations management, and research analyst roles. Her professional experiences — which include accounting, marketing, market analysis, and land acquisition coordination — have required her to wear many hats, communicate with high-level executives, understand complex software platforms, and collaborate with groups both large and small to ensure successful completion of projects.
Ms. Emerson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from California State University, Fullerton.
