Manager, Client Support Services
Haley Weik is a project manager and member of the client support services team for BSM Consulting based in its Incline Village, Nev. headquarters. Ms. Weik oversees and provides specialized management and support for clients, assists with executive leadership and consultant support, and helps with employee onboarding and development at BSM.
In her role, Ms. Weik’s primary responsibilities include project management and implementation, team coordination and oversight, meeting planning and facilitation, and resource development and administration. In addition, she specializes in survey development and analysis, report creation, travel administration, customer service, and ongoing staff training at BSM.
Ms. Weik started her BSM career as an account management specialist before being promoted to a senior specialist and, most recently, to her current role as a corporate services manager. Prior to joining BSM, Ms. Weik worked in high level administrative and project management roles in a variety of industries.
Ms. Weik is a 2003 graduate of Kansas State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in family studies and human services with an emphasis in family life and community service. She has been a valued BSM member since 2009.
