Compliance, retirement, and the future of surgical eye care are among the industry hot topics that BSM consultants will present on May 5-9 at the 2017 American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery-American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASCRS-ASOA) Symposium and Congress in Los Angeles.

    Learn why and how to use benchmarking information to make better business decisions. This course also highlights ASOAnalytics, a new benchmarking program available from ASOA.

  3. Compliance Simplified: Learn to Manage the Pains and Complexities of Compliance

  5. Thinking about Retirement: Key Considerations to Successfully Prepare for and Transition out of Practice — Small Group and Solo Physicians

  6. Developing Your Leadership Team
