Your BSM Connection membership is valid for 12 full months from the date your subscribe or renew.

How many users are included in my membership?

You can register as many users as you'd like for a low annual fee each (varying depending on your membership plan). 

What is included in the elearning center? 

The elearning center is a key feature of BSM Connection and is comprised of over 130 online accredited courses, including JCAHPO, AAPC, AOC, ABO/NCLE, COE, CEP, CPSS, and OPS credits.

Learners have access to a series of clinical, optical, and business-focused continuing education (CE) courses. This includes regulatory and compliance training such as HIPAA, OSHA, and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse.

The eLearning Center has a wide-variety of courses to appeal to different learners' training preferences. In addition to traditional text-based courses and 20 video courses, various courses have been upgraded recently to include interactive features. We also have an extensive library of complimentary educational webinars.

How often do you add new courses to the elearning center? 

Generally, we release four to six new courses per year.

How can I use BSM Connection for staff training?

Since everyone you register for an eLearning seat will have access to more than 130 courses, you can conduct more efficient and effective training. Additionally, there are staff training and development plans to guide you in selecting courses specific to each unique role. All of this can be done directly through the eLearning Center, along with monitoring the progress of each student.

How do I oversee BSM Connection as the manager? 

Your membership includes access to a sseries of reports that can be customized per location and/or department. Those with permission can oversee user accounts, assign courses, monitor progress, designate required completion dates, and view reports.

What reports does BSM Connection offer? 

The eLearning Center offers several reporting options, including an individual student report card showing all course progress. Reports can also be customized and sorted to display regulatory and compliance staff trainings (or any other required training) to help you monitor annual completion of these important courses.

How do I login to BSM Connection? 

Each user is provided with a unique username and password upon registration. When you visit the BSM Consulting homepage, click "Member Login" in the upper-right corner to enter the site.

If I manage several practices that are BSM Connection members, can I get one login for all?

Yes, please contact BSM Support and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you have an option for individuals just looking for eLearning courses?

Yes, our base membership provides access for one individual to the eLearning Center for $199/annually. 

What if I have more than one practice under my organization?

Practices that operate under one large organization can take advantage of consolidating their memberships under one plan to receive discounted per eLearning seat pricing. Additional customization of the eLearning Center is also available for the Diamond and Enterprise memberships. If you are a Diamond or Enterprise member, contact BSM Support to find out more about adding practice-specific courses and custom reports.

If we have several practices, can we consolidate billing? 

Yes, we can consolidate your memberships under one account to streamline annual billing and provide you with a volume-based discount.

What is an eLearning License?  

An eLearning license (previously called seat) allows an individual to take learning courses within the site.  

How is an eLearning license consumed? 

An eLearning license is consumed when an individual completes a course within the site.  

What does an eLearning license include? 

An eLearning license is valid for one individual user. This allows that user to take as many courses within BSM Connection as they want or need. This includes new employee orientation, compliance courses, courses with continuing education credits, and any other learning they desire.    

Does eLearning license consumption affect certificate programs? 

No. Certificate programs are purchased separately from your BSM Connection membership and therefore are consumed individually by the member who enrolls or is enrolled by their supervisor. Can I reassign a license to a different member?  

You can reassign an eLearning license to another team member if the license has not been consumed. An eLearning license is considered consumed once the individual has taken one or more courses.
